This book addresses a multitude of factors that determine our interaction and thus our organizational structure in theory and practice. The book’s theoretical approach is based on constructivism. This is a broad term for a direction that can be found in many fields. What is common is an assumption that perceptions of reality do not reflect a mirror image of the external world, but that humans themselves are the originators of their own image of reality. The book provides a perspective on human interaction, and many examples are given from different fields such as psychology, biology, philosophy, literature and films.
