Talking about leadership can often be a bit impoverished. It is a subject that must be experienced, reflected upon, and made visible.
Keiron AS therefore has an active collaboration with several actors who will be able to enhance the individual’s learning journey.
He was allowed to move into the palace of Lorenzo de’ Medici, and here he grew up under Lorenzo’s guidance and protection. The relief depicts a wedding feast where centaurs and humans fight after having had a little too much to drink. Centaurs could be wild, but they could also be wise. The centaur Chiron was the wisest of them all. He was the main developer of all the great heroes of Greek mythology. He guided and inspired them to leadership. That’s why we called our company “Keiron.”
The talented and successful painter Helene Knoop has created a modern version of the artwork for us. She paints in the classic, figurative tradition with a narrative content. She has kept the composition and poses, but then she has painted us in Keiron into the picture. Instead of being surrounded by leaders, we have been accompanied by famous leadership developers throughout history – figures who have inspired others to leadership, figures about whom we tell stories, figures who have shaped us.

At Keiron AS, we believe in leadership as an art form – a journey of self-awareness, communication and courage. That’s why we created Mimesis , a unique leadership development program that fuses the power of theater with the challenges of leadership.
Inspired by the world’s great dramas and the depth of acting, Mimesis took leaders on a transformative experience. Through five intense sessions – both at the National Theatre and in Ibsen’s footsteps in Italy – participants gained a whole new understanding of what it means to lead. With insights from some of Norway’s leading actors and leadership experts, we explored how roles, narrative and human insight can strengthen modern leadership.
Mimesis was not just about theory, but about meeting yourself on stage . What happens when you come face to face with Henry V’s leadership, or Scrooge’s transformation? What insights can you glean from Ibsen’s complex characters? This program challenged, inspired, and gave participants the tools to lead with greater authenticity and agency.
Mimesis was a pioneer in leadership development – and we at Keiron AS are proud to have been part of this groundbreaking journey together with the National Theatre.
We continue to create arenas where art and leadership meet, and where leaders can develop in light of the timeless questions that have characterized people throughout history.
Do you want to explore new dimensions of your leadership? Contact us at Keiron AS – let’s create the leaders of the future together!

Collaboration with the Municipality of Oslo and the Norwegian Education Agency
In collaboration with the Municipality of Oslo and the Norwegian Agency for Education, we have developed an inspiring course for committed upper secondary school students – a week dedicated to academic immersion, personal growth and cultural discovery in the homeland of the Renaissance, Italy.
We travel together to a beautiful villa in Tuscany, which serves as our base while we explore Florence, Vinci, Lucca, and other key locations. Through daily excursions and conversations in the villa’s halls and gardens, students delve into the ideas, art, and people of the Renaissance – drawing lines between history and their own lives today.
The course content is rooted in humanistic thinking and inspired by years of work with business leaders. Students encounter stories about Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci, Dante, Lorenzo de Medici and other key figures – not just as historical figures, but as mirrors for the questions: What does it mean to be human? What kind of life do I want to create?
The Renaissance combined deep thinking with strong value choices. Students are invited to reflect on their own choices and direction in life.
A central humanistic ideal is that we have both the opportunity and the duty to develop our talents and use them well.
Through examples from the Renaissance and our own time, we explore curiosity, interdisciplinarity, and creative power.
How does beauty affect us? In encounters with architecture, art and nature, we discover how beauty, goodness and truth shape humanity.
